Terms of Service

By creating an account or using House of Heron (the “Service”) you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Service.

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. By using it you confirm you meet this requirement and can enter into these Terms.

Provide accurate information, keep your passphrase secure, and don’t share your account. You’re responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly at info@houseofheron.club if you suspect unauthorized use.

House of Heron is a shared space. You agree not to:

• harass, threaten, or abuse other members;
• post hateful, illegal, or infringing content;
• spam, scrape, or attempt to disrupt or breach the Service;
• impersonate others or misrepresent your identity;
• share other members’ private information without consent.

We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, at our discretion.

There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users on House of Heron. You can flag any comment or message in the app and block any member. Reports are reviewed within 24 hours; content that breaks these rules is removed and the accounts responsible are ejected.

You keep ownership of what you post. You grant us a non‑exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, and display your content solely to operate the Service within the community. You’re responsible for your content and confirm you have the rights to share it.

Event listings and RSVPs are provided for coordination; attendance and entry are not guaranteed, and you attend at your own risk. Direct messages are relayed in real time and are not stored by us.

You may delete your account at any time from Account → Danger zone. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or to protect the Service or its members.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We don’t guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error‑free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, House of Heron will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

We may update the Service or these Terms. Material changes will be noted by the “last updated” date and, where appropriate, in‑app.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland, without regard to conflict‑of‑laws rules, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.
